The Rectors' Conference of the Republic of Srpska (RCRS) at its 35th regular session, held on June 22, 2021, considered and adopted the RKRS Financial Report for the last year.
At the invitation of RKRS, the session was attended by a representative of the Agency for Higher Education of Republika Srpska, Duska Radmanovic, Assistant Director for Accreditation and International Cooperation, who informed RCRS members about the project of ranking higher education institutions in Republic of Srpska.
During the session held in the premises of the Rectorate of the University of Banja Luka, RCRS members were informed about the activities of the Council for Higher Education of the Republic of Srpska, and about the preparations of the round table organized by RCRS.

Director of the Agency for Higher Education of the Republic of Srpska (AVORS) Biljana Vojvodic presented the scientific paper "Ranking of higher education institutions as a quality assurance mechanism" at the Fifth International Congress on Teacher Education and Accreditation held from June 4 to 6, 2021.

The congress was held in the organization of the Association for Evaluation and Accreditation of Teacher Education Programs from Turkey (EPDAD / EPDAD) and Gazi University from Ankara.

The congress gathered a large number of participants from Turkey and abroad, and Vojvodic was one of the panelists in the part of the congress that referred to international experiences in the field of accreditation.

The scientific paper, whose authors are Biljana Vojvodic and Duska Radmanovic, presents the basic principles of ranking, as well as global ranking systems and their effect on higher education institutions and students.

In her presentation, Vojvodic referred to the most famous global ranking systems, citing examples of universities that traditionally occupy the top of all rankings, as well as positions held by universities from the former Yugoslavia and Turkey.

In the period from June 17 to 19, 2021, the twelfth research and expert conference with international participation "Quality 21" was held in Neum, with the participation of representatives of the Agency for Higher Education of Republic of Srpska.
On that occasion, Assistant Director for Accreditation and International Cooperation, Duska Radmanovic, MA, presented the expert paper entitled "Accreditation of study programs – fitness for purpose" within the thematic unit "Quality in Education", authored by Assoc. Prof. Biljana Vojvodic, PhD, Duska Radmanovic, MA, Tatjana Radakovic, MA and Jugoslav Vuk Tepic, PhD.
Presentations and discussions within the panel dedicated to quality in higher education thematically included the process of accreditation of higher education institutions and study programs, as well as experiences related to distance learning in the context of the corona virus pandemic.

The Catalan University Quality Assurance Agency (Agència per a la Qualitat del Sistema Universitari de Catalunya - AQU) organized a webinar "Reflecting on the Future of European Quality Assurance" which analyzed the application of Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG).

The Portuguese Agency for Assessment and Accreditation of Higher Education (A3ES) presented the analysis of the agencies’ compliance with the ESG, with particular reference to different approaches in determining the level of compliance between the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) and the European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education (EQAR).
