The fourth peer-learning workshop within the SEQA-ESG2 project, titled “Agile for the Future: QA Agency as a Learning Organisation”, took place in Novi Sad, Serbia, from 27–28 May 2025. The event was hosted by the National Entity for Accreditation and Quality Assurance in Higher Education (NEAQA) and gathered representatives of quality assurance (QA) agencies from across the European Higher Education Area. The workshop aimed to strengthen the understanding and practical implementation of key ESG standards — 3.4 (Thematic Analysis), 3.6 (Internal Quality Assurance and Professional Conduct), and 2.1 (Consideration of Internal Quality Assurance). Through expert-led sessions and collaborative discussions, participants explored how QA agencies can foster continuous learning, ethical practice, and adaptive strategies to improve higher education quality.

Highlights of the programme included case presentations, interactive discussions, and a World Café session focused on addressing common challenges. Agencies shared good practices and innovative approaches, reinforcing the idea that QA bodies must not only assess but also evolve as learning organisations themselves. The event emphasized the importance of peer exchange, reflective practice, and alignment with ESG standards as essential elements in advancing quality assurance across Europe.
