On February 28, 2025, the annual online meeting of the SEQA-ESG2 consortium was held. This project, which supports European quality assurance agencies in meeting the standards and guidelines of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), is funded through the ERASMUS-EDU-2021-EHEA-IBA program. The meeting started at 14:00 with a welcome speech by Anna Gover, ENQA Director, who highlighted the importance of the project and the progress made so far. This was followed by Goran Dakovic, Head of ENQA's External Review Sector, who provided a brief overview of the project's current activities.
One of the key agenda points was the report from agencies regarding staff mobility within the project, where all partners shared their reflections on both preparatory and completed activities. The second part of the meeting focused on planning the final, fourth workshop within the project, which will be held in Novi Sad, Serbia. Goran Dakovic discussed the main goals of the workshop and the expected outcomes. A significant segment of the meeting was the discussion on the agencies' action plans. Each partner presented their progress in developing these plans, sharing challenges and potential solutions. Towards the end of the meeting, Nathalie Gourdin presented the financial and administrative aspects of the project, while in the final minutes, participants had the opportunity to ask additional questions and clarify any uncertainties.
