Delegation from the University of Novi Sad and the Provincial Secretariat for higher education and scientific research of Autonomous Province of Vojvodina visited on the 10th June 2019 the Higher Education Accreditation Agency of Republic of Srpska and presented a donation of five laptops to support the Agency's work.
The delegation visiting the Agency included professor Zoran Milosevic PhD, Provincial Secretary, professor Dejan Jaksic PhD, Rector of the University of Novi Sad and vice Rector for Teaching at the University of Novi Sad professor Sanja Podunavac-Kuzmanovic, PhD.
The informal meeting held at the Agency after the awarding ceremony highlighted the importance of the Agency's role in the quality assurance of higher education and quality improvement processes, as well as the support provided to the Agency by the Provincial Secretariat for higher education and scientific research Autonomous Province of Vojvodina and the University of Novi Sad.
During the meeting, they discussed the current issues and challenges in the work of the Agency, as well as opportunities for development and improvement of work using the possibilities of the new information system of the Agency, which was introduced with the assistance of the Provincial Secretariat for higher education and scientific research of Autonomous Province of Vojvodina and the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad.
Professor Radoslav Gajanin PhD, Rector of the University of Banja Luka emphasized that cooperation with the University of Novi Sad is important for the University of Banja Luka.
- The University of Novi Sad has made an unparalleled contribution to the survival of UNIBL in difficult times, and we are very grateful for that-, said rector Gajanin.
Besides assistant minister Pejic and rector Gajanin, in the host delegation were also professor Strain Posavljak PhD, vice-Rector for Teaching and Student Affairs, professor Biljana Antunovic PhD, vice-Rector for International and Inter-University Cooperation and director of the Higher Education Accreditation Agency of the Republic of Srpska Biljana Vojvodic PhD.
