The Panel of national and international experts for quality assessment, quality review and giving recommendation for accreditation conducted external evaluation of the University of East Sarajevo (UIS) and 12 study programs on the 13th March 2019, and gave some general recommendations for improving the work in the following period.
Since this is not the first external evaluation of this higher education institution, the Panel of Experts visiting the University of East Sarajevo could make sure there is a commitment to the growth and development of the quality culture of this higher education institution and study programs.
The subject of the evaluation was the fulfilment of the high standards applicable in the European Higher Education Area, both, for institutions and for study programs that passed the prior professional review through the review process. Thus, the official procedure for accreditation of study programs in the Republic of Srpska entered the final stage.
The report of the panel of experts will be completed in the next few days and the outcome of the external evaluation of the University of East Sarajevo and the 12 applied study programs will be known.
