The second evaluation meeting within the International project "Strengthening Internationalization in Higher Education Institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina" (STINT) was held on the 27th February 2019 in the Higher Education Accreditation Agency of Republic of Srpska (Agency).
The meeting was about the realized project activities and the remaining project obligations, with the aim of successfully completing the project.
The meeting was attended by: Gert de Lepeleer, project coordinator, professor Dejan Bokonjic PhD, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation and Quality Assurance of the University of East Sarajevo, and Duska Radmanovic, Head of Department for Quality Assurance and International Cooperation at the Agency.
The STINT project involves all public universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including the University of Banja Luka, as well as three universities from the countries of the European Union: KU Leuven - University of Louvain (Belgium), Buckinghamshire New University - New University of Bakingemacher (United Kingdom Great Britain and Northern Ireland) and Instituto Politechnico do Porto - Polytechnic Institute in Porto (Portugal). The project partners, in addition to the Agency are also the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Srpska, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Federation of BiH, the Agency for the Development of Higher Education and Quality Assurance and the Centre for Information and Recognition of Qualifications in Higher Education.
The coordinator of the STINT project is KU Leuven, Belgium, and the coordinator of the activities and partner from Bosnia and Herzegovina is University of East Sarajevo.
The STINT project started with implementation on 15th October 2015 and is scheduled to last until 14th April 2019.
