Meeting of the Expert Team for Ranking of Higher Education Institutions of the Republic of Srpska on Harmonization of Ranking Criteria

On September 28 and 29, 2021, a meeting of the Expert Team of the project of ranking higher education institutions in Republic of Srpska was held at the Agency for Higher Education of Republic of Srpska. The meeting was attended by the head of the Expert Team, Prof. Darko Petkovic, PhD, members of the Expert Team Prof. Mile Dzelalija, PhD, Prof. Pero Sipka, PhD, Prof. Tadeja Jere Jakulin, PhD and members of the Expert Team from the Agency for Higher Education of Republic of Srpska. The meeting analyzed and harmonized the criteria for ranking higher education institutions, with a focus on weighting

factors for each of the three sets of criteria (scientific teaching process, scientific research and the third mission of higher education institutions), and on defining sub-criteria with verifiable and measurable indicators. The methodology of checking each of the sub-criteria and indicators was also considered.
It was stated that the methodology developed by the Expert Team should in the future fulfill the purpose of quality assurance in higher education in the Republic of Srpska.
